We were lucky to find this hotel in a tough situation. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. The location is very central, with convenient access to transportation and nearby attractions. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from and a clean, well-maintained dining area. The amenities in the rooms were impressive, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and a safe. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This place comes highly recommended for everyone.

Friendly staff and all you can eat breakfast buffet.

Price was high, and breakfast could be available until 10am. clear heating controls in the rooms; the room was very hot; no room phone to reception.

The Staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, they help to make my stay a happy one.

The hotel offered free breakfast and free Wi-Fi which was a great plus. The location of the hotel was also very convenient as it was located in the city center, making it easy to access restaurants and shops. the hotel had a gym and sauna facilities which was a nice touch to our stay.

First, the room was not very clean as we found hair and stains on the sheets and carpet. the air conditioning was not working properly, causing the room to be uncomfortably warm.

The location was great.The breakfast had a variety of foods.

For our budget, the hotel was expensive but then all hotels in this town were expensive.

Great location near tourist information center, ideal for mine tour. Good breakfast and dinner with regional dishes including reindeer. Fun iron ore pellets as table decoration. Comfortable room with nice view. Good amenities like gym and sauna.

This is an old hotel that has been given half a face lift and for what you get it is far too epensive. Breakfast, hot food was very oily, scrambled eggs was like egg soup.

We had a great time at this hotel. It had a perfect location right in the centre of the city, making it easy to access everything. The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making our stay comfortable. The room was properly cleaned and had excellent hotel facilities, including a hot shower, which was great. Breakfast was included, and there were plenty of options to choose from.

Can't fault this hotel in any way.

Great base for exploring Kiruna

I arrived in Kiruna excited to explore all that this Arctic town has to offer, and Scandic Ferrum proved to be the perfect base for my adventures. The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of town and just steps away from the Information Center where tours meet up. I loved being able to walk to various restaurants, from pizzerias to Thai eateries, and even a cozy pub. There's also a small strip mall and a movie theater nearby, making it convenient for entertainment options.

The hotel did have some standout features. The top-floor gym had all the necessary equipment and an incredible view, and I heard the sauna was a great place to relax.

Located in the heart of a bustling area, close to various tourist spots, this hotel offers convenience and accessibility. the elevators are always working and quick to arrive. the rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a good variety of options to choose from. the stunning mountain view from the window is simply breathtaking.

stayed here twice during a 2-week period. modern renovated rooms, great view of mining area. excellent food at "Mommas" restaurant. perfect location, 1 min walk to tourist centre and guided tour starting point. shopping and other restaurants nearby.
